Losing you can't be a good cause
Losing you can't be a good cause
~Miss A
My apple berry pie, my sweetie, my darling,
That one that I desire, my honest, my lovely,
Everything that I thought happened, was for the best,
Everything that was gone, was for best,
Looking back I don't even regret, for what was lost,
And they didn't matter anymore, didn't from the moment,
But you my baby doll, if I'd lose you-I'd be gone,
I can't move on, now or ever, it's a regret.
I'd hold a grudge against me, wailing pitifully,
Hoping I'd see me in your shadows casted,
All colors of the world has faded, nothing's lively,
Or is it that my eyes are tainted, of sorrows and blues,
When you look at me, it's just loyalty, I become a dog and I'm okay,
I get a little crazy, my baby, but that just a part of me unopened,
Want you to greet, me with your arms, wide open,
Want you be there with you, see your baby.
I trusted everything that happened, was for a good cause,
Heartbreak taught us, we can go through anything,
Betrayal taught us, we have to trust ourselves the most,
War taught us, to fight for the right, against our own,
And love taught us, cherish what is there, even when it's false,
And this fallacy, might be ill-bred, but it asks our indulgence,
Even when you sin against me, all the sins,
I believe, losing you can't be for a good cause.
With this, I'll go down the rabbit hole, myself dethroned,
Let you know it's all yours, use me if that's what you care about,
My reward is the greatest and unseen before, my treasure,
Every time I look at you, it's the beauty they talk about-that my eyes behold,
But I have my arrows and cuts too, they are the reflection of your pain,
Makes me feel that I have become you, in a way I can't explain,
See, does make me sound crazy, my words all jibble-jabbered,
Your thoughts are so clear, you're so vocal, I need time to process it all.
What's so good, distancing me away from you,
Was I not a great companion, a great juggle,
Our emotions collide and collapse, I see through it,
I see it through my heart, you see it through your brain,
This war I lost, never been like any before, the greatest,
And it takes me down, spins me around, worse than lost-defeated,
And I beg you, please let me in-please, let me in,
Stranded and sided, my irony, I lost you-I lost you.
