CITATIONS OF CLAY
-Miss A
I’m chasing the shadows; the shadows
are mean
I keep chasing the hollows; the hollows
are deep
I look for another beautiful soul, the
souls are keen
And I don’t know, how I’d become, a
life of the living,
Give me some hope, I wanna become, a
life of the living...
Being in a grave state of cleat
inferiority
Grievances of gleam, I see I’m
surrounded in dreaded indeed
Reciting the prayers again, trying to
gain some seniority
Begging for a body,
For the shadows,
For the hollows,
And for the soul,
And for the melodies indeed.
A block of nothing is there, cold like
the ice and I’m in there
With no one I sing. With no one I
dance. With no one I smile,
And I’m just here, with me, with myself
and the loneliness
Smiling with nothing, dancing with
nothing, singing with nothing
Here I am.
And for the ‘me’, that I may speak is
not complete again.
I’m chasing the shadows; the shadows remain
concealed
I keep chasing the hollows; the hollows
take no sympathies
I look for another beautiful soul, but
the souls have liaison to thee
And I don’t know, how I’d become, as I’ve
else I believe, I need
Give me some hope, I wanna become, a
life of the living...
Playing a role,
Finding a room,
Feeling the chains of nothingness.
Look at the refection, I see just
nothing. No shape, no shard,
No structure and no leisure, no pain, no
feel.
Draw a picture out of reverie, create a
model, of who’d you be
Wishing to link the present and the pictorial
in a same drill
Is it even possible? Is it even
colliding?
Could I hunt down the melodies? The
time and the space!
Still I’m chasing the shadows; the
shadows I try to persuade
I keep chasing the hollows; the hollows
I eerie in my maze
I look for another beautiful soul, the souls
that could stay
And I don’t know, how I’d become, the
pint of myself,
Give me some hope, I wanna become, a
life of the living...
